Located on the foreshore of the magnificent Port Stephens waterway and nestled amongst the casuarinas and paper barks, Limekilns Point has been conceived to protect the character, serenity & biodiversity of its sensitive coastal location.
The Architectural Standards (and Community Structure) are formulated to encourage both visually and environmentally sensitive development, consistent with a coastal holiday atmosphere, distinctly different from a house in the suburbs.
The Approval Panel encourages a variety of forms and materials within a palette of colours which will provide both individuality and a sense of “place” and “belonging”. Limekilns Point - between the sea and the trees.
